We like to have a good time, but not a constant orgy, it's all about balance. Per CDC & NY State guidelines, please limit people at house to no more than 20.

Is this you? Try to keep your crap together and tidy in your bedroom and common spaces. Hang your wet towels, etc.

We love music and we love our neighbors - so try to be mindful of noise and volume. Also remember Sonos has "zones" for a reason, try not to group someones room in whose sleeping. 

Do your best to keep track of your beach/pool towel, you will see that laundry adds up and its not fun to be doing towels all week.

No Smoking inside, please dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays. You are surrounded by wood, dry, hard, wood. In terms of other recreational things, we are ok with natural things, but keep the chemistry set @ home.

We have put a lot of effort into creating an elevated share experience on Fire Island, please show the house respect and treat it like your own. USE COASTERS.

Leave your kitty @ home, but on a case by case basis, we are open to small/medium dogs. 

No more than (2) people per room. Rates are based on double occupancy per room.

Keep your bedroom & main rooms screen door closed - birds often fly into the house.

Please don't scratch the non-stick/teflon. Use the plastic utensils provided. We do check the pans every weekend to make sure someone didn't fuck it up. Try and have nice things. 

This is Fire Island, you should be prepared to see some things. Be mindful of oil based lubes - it's the gift that keeps on giving. Use a towel.

Keep that sh*t clean, it's a team effort, so help out with cleaning, never leave anything dirty in the sink, unless it's soaking. Use the dishwasher.

These are included in rates. Holy sh*t these do add up thou, so make sure to conserve when you are not using something [turning AC off, lights, etc]

When no one is home, please lock all doors. We have a lot of break-ins on the island and we don't want your dildo to go missing.
