For now, we recommend limiting your contact with others outside the house as much as possible (i.e. hookups). If you do come in close contact with someone, we recommend keeping track of their name, contact info, and monitor theirs & yours health.

The island is very sensitive to people wearing masks, so please respect this and ensure you are complying.

LIRR is an option -  if you choose this option, we recommend taking a cab to Ferry terminal (Colonial is large operator in Sayville)

You can also take an Uber/Lyft if possible to limit your exposure to others. Use your best judgement when travelling.

We have taken extra precautions to clean the house with commercial grade disinfectants before and after everyones stay. We also ozone generate each room in between visits - whether it impacts COVID or not, we have always done this to kill air-borne germs, etc.

Handwashing & use of hand sanitizer must be observed during travel and your time here, particularly when returning to the house.

Please be extra cautious during your travel to Fire Island.

For the moment, we have been advised to limit occupancy. Until further notice we recommend just renters to be on property.
